Dear Parents/Carers,
As the school year moves towards its close all children have Annual School Reports this evening. The children’s class teacher for next year is enclosed.
Staffing for next year is as follows:

Reception – Mrs Kerr
Year One – Mr Jackson
Year One – Mr Robinson
Year One/Two – Mrs Stubbs
Year Two – Miss Hinch
Year Two – Mrs Clark
I am sorry to say that Mrs Macmillan will retire at the end of the summer term and Mrs Atkin will also be leaving the school to spend more time with her family. Whilst we will miss them both we wish them a happy future and thank them for all they have done for the school.
Mrs Atkin has been with us for two years. Mrs Macmillan has been deputy Head Teacher at the school for 10 years and has not only taught children but supported families and staff in her various roles. Thank you to both and Bon-Voyage.
Mr Robinson has been appointed as a new Year One teacher as Mrs Stubbs moves to Year One/Two and Mrs George moves to Foundation Stage.
Open Evening:
Open evening is next Tuesday 5pm – 7pm and we hope you will join us to see your child’s work and visit their new classroom.
Transition days
All children will spend the day with their new class teacher in their new classrooms on Thursday 5th July. You should take children to their normal classroom at the beginning of the day and for collection at the end of the day.
Year Two pupils transition is the 4th and 5th July.

Sun Hats
Please ensure your child has a sun hat and sun cream applied if the weather remains hot and sunny.

Shoes
Please ensure that your child wears sensible school shoes. We have a number of children who are currently wearing trainers or shoes with small heels which can result in accidents.

Casual Clothes Day/Class Assembly
Friday 6th July will be a casual clothes day. We request that all children bring a bottle for our Summer Fair Tombola stall.
It is also Mrs Kerr’s class assembly on Friday 6th July.

Summer Fair
Just a reminder the Summer Fair will be Wednesday 11th July at 3pm. Stalls, entertainment, refreshments etc. will be available. We look forward to seeing you there.

Reception Enterprise
Mrs Macmillan/Mrs Clegg – Tuesday 10th July at 2.20pm
Mrs Kerr – Monday 16th July at 2.20pm
Mrs Atkin – Tuesday 17th July at 2.20pm
Mrs Chalk – Wednesday 18th July 10.30am and 1.30pm
