Paddington Bear

Mr Jackson’s class have had a busy half term looking at Paddington Bear and thinking about all the adventures he has been on. We have done some fabulous writing and also made our very own Paddington Bear. We have been looking at numbers to 10, in lots of detail, and have shown them in a variety of ways. We enjoyed a great outdoor education day at Peasholm Park and took part in a range of different activities. We learnt all about the park, the plants and animals that live there and we enjoyed team building games. Linking to our love of outdoor education, we have been using our outdoor classroom at sch

ool to reinforce the learning we do in the classroom. We love the challenges that are set for us and we love working with our friends. We are also enjoying learning how to care for our ducks now they are settled in their new enclosure.  We have had a great half term and are looking forward to more excitement after the half term holiday.
